Biography
Dr. Harshita Kulkarni has joined Chanakya University’s School of Law, Governance and Public Policy since 2025. She is interested in technology laws, corporate laws, IPR, Constitutional Law and academic writing.
Dr Harshita has obtained Ph.D. in Law from Karnatak University, Dharwad. Her area of research revolved around digitalisation, technology and law. She has her Master’s degree from Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi with Gold Medal for having stood First to the University and awarded with prize sponsored by ‘Nani A. Palkiwala Memorial Trust, Mumbai’ for scoring highest in LL.M (Corporate & Commercial Laws). She has obtained her Law degree from R.L Law College, Belgaum. She was Visiting Faculty at National Forensics Sciences University, Dharwad Campus prior to joining Chanakya University. She has been associated with Karnatak University for the last 8 years as Teaching Assistant and Guest Faculty.
In addition to the teaching experiences, Dr Harshita also has been Resource Person for various programmes and presented papers at various conferences. She has also published several articles in reputed journals.
Along with academics, she also has interned at various reputed law firms, participated in several moot court, debates and extempore competitions which has further added her ability to present as faculty of law.
