Abstract
Over the last few years, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) have become most critical elements of corporate governance as well as legal models across the globe. These models intend to develop fair workplaces that not only promote a sense of belongingness but also increase organizational performance. In the recent years, The growing understanding of DE&I and POSH laws indicate a general movement in society towards inclusiveness and respect for human rights. However, there has been a shift in emphasis attempting to comply with the UN Norms in corporations today. Let us first attempt and grasp the definition of Business, which is Profit making. And shareholders need to answer back to the company.
